    Casey, Kurt here.. I’d like to discuss something with you re: real estate. I own a villa in St. John, VI- Makes $225k-$280k/year gross ($100k-$120k net). Due to a crushing $4MM bridge loan we needed in height of lockdowns- and due to interest rates, we need to get out of this debt. So, we are selliing the villa- originally at $4.8M, now t $4.1M due to interest rates softening market. But, are there any crypto solutions- like fractional ownership- that I can use to raise $ fast.
